Customer must be 18+.  rule 002.   : Payment  
All payments up front, or 50/50 upon request. Must be paid in USD.  rule 003.   : Delivery  
Product will be delivered digitally.  rule 004.   : Modifications  
3 complimentary complete revisions in sketching phase. 10$/revision afterwards.  rule 005.   : Orders  
Orders are to be made through Google Form.  rule 006.   : Turnaround  
Turnaround times vary from a week to two months. Inquiries on commission progress are always welcome.  rule 007.   : Refunds  
Refunds available at any time. Refund amount depends on how much artwork has been finished.  rule 008.   : Social Media  
I reserve the right to post the commission on social media for advertisement purposes (unless customer requests privacy).  rule 009.   : Commercial Use  
Absolutely no commercial use without additional fees. If the customer fails to pay commercial fees and uses artwork for commercial purposes, I retain the right to refuse any further work and/or pursue remedies where relevant.  rule 010.   : AI/NFT/blockchain/crypto/etc  
Customer does not hold the right to use the artwork or sketch in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space, nor to use it in any AI image generation technologies.
All such uses are forbidden.

  rule 011.   : Payment  
Payments shall be made in USD via Paypal. Work will not begin until payment is received.  rule 012.   : Currency  
Crypto is not accepted, ever.  rule 013.   : Tips  
Appreciated, but not required!  rule 014.   : Haggling  
No. Do not haggle. Do not attempt to lowball or undercut me. If you do not like my prices, I invite you to hire another artist.  rule 015.   : Design Fee  
Design fees may be present if references are moodboard/text only, depending on design complexity. Design fee ranges from an additional 20-25% depending on complexity.
  rule 016.   : Image Quality  
Customer receives digital delivery of a 350 dpi JPG or PNG via Google Drive link.  rule 017.   : Book Covers  
In case of book covers, I will provide CSP file.  rule 018.   : Storage  
Please save your commission. I will not keep all files permanently and stored files will be periodically purged. Download and save to your own device.  rule 019.   : Signature  
All complete artworks will contain my signature or watermark. Removal of watermark/sig is forbidden.  rule 020.   : WIPs  
Sketches must be approved by customer before fine rendering commences.
